Registered Dental Hygienist

After receiving an associate’s degree, Katy’s worked full-time as a registered dental hygienist and continued to pursue her Bachelor’s of Science at the University of New England. She joined the team at Hardwick Dental Group in 2012, and has always felt the dentist’s office should be a place of positivity and smiles. She’s proud to confess she’s never had a cavity herself, and she loves the feeling of accomplishment she gets when she transforms a patient’s oral health. She enjoys working with the team because of the unique relationships built with each patient. She also loves that the doctors keep up to date with the latest in dentistry and invest in great new technology. She considers herself organized and meticulous, which is great when it comes to keeping your mouth sparkling and healthy. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young boys, and you can find her volunteering at NCAL or coaching t-ball. She’s also a board member for the Morrisville Baseball Softball Association, and still finds time to ski and read.

Michael is a proud graduate of Purdue University in Northern Indiana, and brings his experiences in office administration, finances, property management, and advertising to our practice. He loves working with all of the great staff at the office as well as being able to both live in the community and also be able to help his neighbors stay healthy. Michael and his wife, Dr. Katie Piet, recently purchased the practice and are helping to build on the relationships that the staff has with its patients. He says that he’s a lucky man to be married to such an amazing woman. Michael loves living in Vermont with Katie, their daughters, and their dog Rey. He coaches youth girls basketball, loves to hike, mountain bike, and ski. He’s also a great cook.

Marriah is a graduate of the Center for Technology in Essex and has been working in dentistry since 2019. She ended up working in the field due to a recommendation from an ex-manager who saw something special in her and urged her to pursue her current career. Marriah says she couldn’t be happier about taking the advice. She says working as part of the team at Hardwick Dental Group is rewarding, especially when she’s able to see the happiness on patient’s faces when they see their new smile. When you work with Marriah, you’ll find that she’s quiet, kind, helpful, and adventurous. In her spare time, Marriah enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and anything outdoors.

Cindy is a graduate of the University of Vermont and joined Hardwick Dental Group in 2023. Cindy has been working in dentistry for the past 25 years. She loves the world of dental hygiene and could not imagine having any other career. Cindy says she enjoys getting to know her patients, working with them one-on-one, and teaching good home oral healthcare habits to keep her patients’ smiles healthy. Cindy loves working as part of the team at Hardwick Dental Group because of how supportive the team is, how well they work together, and the genuine care they have for their patients and each other. When you work with Cindy, you’ll find that she’s honest, caring, kind, appreciative, and Very passionate about her patients’ care. Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys watching her son play baseball and basketball, shopping with her two daughters, and playing with her two grandkids. She has also rekindled her love of fishing and recently took up hunting and skeet shooting.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Natalie, a Registered Dental Hygienist at Hardwick Dental Group, proudly received her education from Vermont Technical College and joined the practice in 2023. With a passion for patient care, Natalie excels in conducting prophylaxis (teeth cleaning), expertly removing tartar, plaque, and stains to ensure optimal oral health. Her upbeat and adventurous spirit is evident during each visit, creating a positive atmosphere. Natalie values the personal connections she builds with patients daily, embodying qualities of happiness, fun, and genuine care. When she is not in the office, Natalie enjoys hiking, golfing, and quality time with her beloved Goldendoodle.
